Tentative Schedule Saturday, December 18th, 2021:

Session 1 7 AM - 8:30 AM – Weigh-in for all Women & Men up to 74 kg

9 AM - 1 PM – Lifting for all Women & Men up to 74 kg

1 PM – Awards Ceremony

Session 2 12 PM - 1:30 PM – Weigh-in for Men 83 kg, 93 kg, 105 kg, 120 kg & 120+ kg

2 PM - 6 PM – Lifting for Men 83 kg, 93 kg, 105 kg, 120 kg & 120+ kg

6 PM – Awards Ceremony

 

Awards Medals will be given out for the Top 3 in each division and weight class. Best Lifter awards will be given out for Best Overall Raw Female Powerlifter and Best Overall Raw Male Powerlifter.

 

Admission $10 admission for spectators. Lifters are free and 1 coach per lifter is free.
